The concept is simple.
Bring the flavors of Thailand that we enjoyed throughout our youth in Bangkok right here to home in California. Our experienced chef discovered his passion for food while serving up Thai food in Bangkok. With an opportunity to come to California, he decided to complete culinary school in the Napa valley.
From there Palm Thai Bistro is born. Combining the best of the western technique with the flavors of Thailand. A match made in heaven.
